Colegial Login Information

There are a few students at our institution who are not familiar with Colgia since, from the very first day of the academic year, we operated as a conventional school, so they have never been exposed to it. This is an email that provides in-depth information on how to authenticate your account using Colgia and log in. Instructions are provided for each individual stage of the process.

Please keep in mind that professors do not issue Zoom Codes since students need to sign in using their Colgia accounts in order to join the classroom connection. If you have any questions regarding this topic, feel free to contact us. If your child already has experience with this topic, you won’t need to be concerned about their attendance on Thursday and Friday mornings because they will already know what to expect. Thank you!

Please see further information. If this is your first time signing in and you do not recall your child’s Colgia login details, click on the student/staff log in link instead of the parent/guardian log in. This will provide you access to the Colgia account that belongs to your child. In the bottom left corner of the box that invites you to sign in, you will see the words “Find my ColgiaID.” Click on those words. Just click on the link provided. Simply input your child’s lunch or student number, and then choose Hillsborough County from the drop-down option as the destination county. When you have your kid’s login details, please return to the Colgia sign in page, input your child’s email address at, and then click the sign in button. This will allow your child to access their Colgia account. If this is your first time logging in, you will be required to provide the initial password, which consists of your child’s birthdate followed by the child’s initial and then the child’s last initial. Please take note that the birthdate should be put in the format DDMMYYYY followed by the initials of the first and last name written in lowercase. This format should be used.

Once you have successfully logged into the dashboard for the very first time, please verify your child’s Zoom account by clicking on the Zoom logo that is located in the “My Apps” area of the dashboard. When you select this button, Zoom will begin to run and it will ask you to “retrieve your child’s Colgia Zoom authentication.” After that, you may return to the dashboard for your child, and you will notice that you now have access to the URL for the classroom that the instructor is using.

In the event that you are experiencing any difficulties, you need to get in touch with your child’s school as soon as possible.
